Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Junior, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute, Felipe Ros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roger Junior received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fidel Macerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcos Cotilla didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 35th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After a rather tough play, Panama's Jose Carita got a free kick in the 51st minute. After 52 minutes, Isaias Sazon made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Panama's Marcos Cotilla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 57 minutes, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Alguacil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sajones F.C. made a substitution. Hugo Raitin replaced Isaias Sazon. 60 minutes into the match, Sajones F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Pastor Frantzes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Isidoro Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Abraham Alguacil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Hugo Raitin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugo Raitin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. After 73 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Jose Carita. In the 79th minute, Tomas Berganza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pastor Frantzes was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Pastor Frantzes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 82nd minute of the match. The Sajones F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Sajones F.C.'s Hugo Raitin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 91 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Long Chao Jun came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Hugo Raitin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot.
