Danny Pasquier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Bilal Moutte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Sébastien Milliot made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Jose Correa. In the 51st minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danny Pasquier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Youri Djorkaeff took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Avel Vat's Danny Pasquier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillaume Minier in the 58th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Avel Vat's Youri Djorkaeff in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danny Pasquier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 70th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danny Pasquier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bilal Moutte hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Danny Pasquier made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmond Kubiak in the 80th minute of play.
