Hugo Ferrant kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Niks Mus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Niks Mus reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 11th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute Niks Mus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute of the match Dum Dum Boys Athletics got a corner. Costa Rica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jon-Inge Kvalvåg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Jon-Inge Kvalvåg to fire away a dangerous shot which Benito Sanz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 19thth minute of the game Niks Mus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Niks Muss short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 22nd minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute Lautaro Puig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trond Bjørheim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute Costa Rica were awarded a corner. Axel Tasis went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Hugo Ferrant got a free kick in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Niks Mus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dum Dum Boys Athletics's supporters rose to their feet, but Niks Mus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Niks Mus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Niks Mus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Niks Mus in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benito Sanz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Eliseo Noboa charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliseo Noboa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niks Mus was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Juan Rubio. Juan Rubio charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Rubio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Juan Rubio hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Niks Mus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dum Dum Boys Athletics's supporters rose to their feet, but Niks Mus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After 61 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Ferrant. After 62 minutes of play, Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Niks Mus made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dum Dum Boys Athletics's Niks Mus got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute Niks Mus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niks Mus in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Niks Mus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niks Mus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Dum Dum Boys Athletics booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Niks Mus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Dum Dum Boys Athletics booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Ferrant didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute, Aaron Alcocer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Niks Mus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dum Dum Boys Athletics fully deserved thier win.
