Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Måns Stålman took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Julio Vera to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute of play forced Lekparken FC's goalkeeper Sigge Holmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ecuador's Luis Andino suffered a sore foot after 15 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 15 minutes, Erling Boklund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lekparken FC and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st minute Måns Stålman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Lekparken FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Sigge Holmberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sigge Holmberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

51 minutes into the match, Mauro Bastos notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sigge Holmberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. In the 65thth minute of the game Cyryl Kiewra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sigge Holmberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 77 minutes into the match, Lekparken FC's goalkeeper Sigge Holmberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Lekparken FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Bastos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Mauro Bastos fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lekparken FC's protests and gave Mauro Bastos a yellow card for diving instead.
