Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Reinaldo Borba kicked off to start the match. Reinaldo Borba came free with the goalkeeper in the 3rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jacobo Nores could save by the left post. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Balsemão in the 8th minute of the match. Hector Covarrubias kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Reinaldo Borba might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reinaldo Borba ran back to his position shaking his head. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Balsemão in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute, Reinaldo Borba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Reinaldo Borba kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacobo Nores. That made the score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. In the 36th minute, Hector Covarrubias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute, Joaquim Benevides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jaime Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 39th minute of play forced Reis HSD Paredes's goalkeeper Lucas Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st match minute, Reis HSD Paredes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaldo Borba to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Reinaldo Borba took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jacobo Nores to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaime Pardo made a kick off. After 52 minutes, Reinaldo Borba made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mauro Balsemão in the 55 minute of the game. Mauro Balsemão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mauro Balsemão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Reis HSD Paredes fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Reis HSD Paredes's Reinaldo Borba looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias pulled a muscle in his back after 66 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cliff Manaf during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Paraguay's Marco Romero was substituted for Hector Covarrubias. After 69 minutes of play, Reis HSD Paredes's Mauro Balsemão made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! Reinaldo Borba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Reis HSD Paredes's Lucas Miranda got control of the ball when Jaime Pardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Reis HSD Paredes's Joaquim Benevides got a free kick in the 77th minute. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo Borba in the 80th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kabul Talambanua during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Reis HSD Paredes's Kabul Talambanua got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Mauro Balsemão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Reis HSD Paredes players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
