Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fernando Guifre kicked off to start the match. Celestino Ellande kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After 3 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. In the 5th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Fernando Guifre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Fernando Guifre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Augusto Handi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Fernando Guifre did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 14 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Camilo Hondo in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas. Augusto Handi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 19th minute of play. After 21 minutes of play, AL TOKE FC's Fernando Guifre made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 23 minutes, Erubiel Lekubegi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AL TOKE FC and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 23 played minutes AL TOKE FC got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Lekubegi. In the 25th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, AL TOKE FC's Fernando Guifre got a free kick in the 31st minute. Fernando Guifre's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. Erubiel Lekubegi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to AL TOKE FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Celestino Ellande hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Augusto Handi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. After 55 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Erubiel Lekubegi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 71 minutes, Jose Correa mouthed his way into the referee's book. Augusto Handi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. AL TOKE FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
