In the 41st minute, Janar Taelma made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 68th match minute, FC Muuga United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Porfirio to maneuver through the defense. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FC Muuga United getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Remigio Jerold hit a great ball. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play.
