Lautaro Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Mikelats having to interfere. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Perpinya in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, LA InDuStRiA INC's Arturo Perpinya ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great ball. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cipriano Castel in the 24th minute. Feliciano Mikelats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Puig in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Evis came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Castel in the 30th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Cipriano Castel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Perpinya, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Abel Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, LA InDuStRiA INC's Cipriano Castel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

LA InDuStRiA INC's Feliciano Mikelats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 52nd minute of play. After 53 minutes LA InDuStRiA INC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Tasis who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Aaron Alcocer heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 55th minute, Gregorio Evis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LA InDuStRiA INC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Feliciano Mikelats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Efrain Bernaldo's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. LA InDuStRiA INC had won after a very even match.
