When Süleyman Çakır came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Süleyman Çakır couldn't finish the play. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuel Panțâru's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ were awarded a corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Süleyman Çakır in the 29th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Emanuel Panțâru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 2-0 after 31 minutes of play. A collision led to AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Zheng Li Quan hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Honduras's Sebastian Villa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Eduardo Gomes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Panțâru.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Süleyman Çakır stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Süleyman Çakır tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Panțâru in the 55th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zheng Li Quan went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Süleyman Çakır, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Süleyman Çakır scored 4-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ made a substitution. Valdo Pitta replaced Emanuel Panțâru. Süleyman Çakır sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Honduras's Sebastian Villa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by João Augusto Silva, made in the 81st minute of the game. Valdo Pitta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Süleyman Çakır in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 90th minute of play forced AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luiz Eduardo Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
