Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Manuel Boteanu made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd minute, Alexandru Chiriloaie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernest Bărcăuan made in the 4th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Christian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marius Bălașa having to make a save. In the 16th minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marius Bălașa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Manuel Boteanu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Lautaro Navarro 20 minutes into the match. Marius Bălașa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Espinar, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 26 minutes, Alexandru Chiriloaie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juventus Țiu and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Juventus Țiu getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Alexandru Chiriloaie hit a great ball. Marius Bălașa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Juventus Țiu booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Espiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juventus Țiu's Manuel Boteanu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 32nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Manuel Boteanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Boteanu in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manuel Boteanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juventus Țiu's attentive Alexandru Chiriloaie managed to snatch the ball when Moises Tafalla made a throw-in in the 50th minute of the game. In the 51st minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marius Bălașa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dorin Popeneciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Sebastian Villa struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Marius Bălașa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Dorin Popeneciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Juventus Țiu's Marius Bălașa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Espinar in the 60th minute of play. Marius Bălașa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 62nd minute of play. Alexandru Chiriloaie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute, Emanuel Ocampo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Alexandru Chiriloaie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juventus Țiu's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandru Chiriloaie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 73rd minute, but Marius Bălașa got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Juventus Țiu hanging dry this time. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Boteanu's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After having played for 79 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Mihele in the 81st minute of the match. Mugurel Buda charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mugurel Buda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 89 played minutes Juventus Țiu got a freekick which was hit by Mugurel Buda. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Boteanu in the 92nd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Honduras players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Juventus Țiu.
