After some careless play in the Teɱperłey Cɨŧy defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artemio Salvino. The Teɱperłey Cɨŧy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artemio Salvino should have stopped the shot. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artemio Salvino having to make a save. 26 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artemio Salvino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Artemio Salvino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 31 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Artemio Salvino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After 34 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artemio Salvino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Orlando Casaus struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Artemio Salvino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chile. Artemio Salvino came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artemio Salvino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 48th minute of the match Chile got a corner. Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saverio Modestio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artemio Salvino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Artemio Salvino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 58th minute. Artemio Salvino came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Artemio Salvino made a huge save. Jesus Reno charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jesus Reno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jesus Reno kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Mariano Lacasa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Artemio Salvino. That made the score 0-11 in the 76 minute of play. Guillermo Fontirroig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Chile booed when Teɱperłey Cɨŧy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Perico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guillermo Fontirroig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artemio Salvino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 0-12, to the right of Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's Artemio Salvino. Artemio Salvino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Artemio Salvino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Indiano went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artemio Salvino having to make a save. In the 97th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-14. Chile's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
