That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. With an all-out effort, West Town SC's Jacobo Nores threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Angel Blue, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Angel Mena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primitivo Escribano kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Alan Campos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Douglas Costa struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for West Town SC. Jacobo Nores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angel Mena's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After 19 minutes of play, West Town SC's Frutos Rojas made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 22nd minute, Angel Mena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Jacobo Nores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angel Mena's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Xavier Zoido hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, West Town SC's Douglas Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacobo Nores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, West Town SC's Angel Mena ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Paraguay from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Blue in the 36th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Blue took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 43rd minute Angel Mena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by West Town SC's Angel Mena. But to his dismay, Angel Mena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, Angel Mena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. In the 61st minute, Angel Mena left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The West Town SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Mena in the 65th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Iker Tafalla got a free kick in the 80th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Douglas Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Douglas Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Mena in the 83rd minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jaime Pardo fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paraguay's protests and gave Jaime Pardo a yellow card for diving instead. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Micael Caicedo in the 91st minute of play. When Bean Blue fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored West Town SC's protests and gave Bean Blue a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to West Town SC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Bean Blue hit a great ball. After 94 minutes of play, West Town SC's Micael Caicedo made it 13-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! West Town SC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
