Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica's Axel Tasis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fabien Canu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabien Canu in the 3rd minute of play. After 5 played minutes Lunar Park got a freekick which was hit by Dobromir Domalik. 7 minutes into the game, Fabien Canu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Lunar Park fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Lunar Park's Fabien Canu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 21st minute, Fabien Canu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 3-0. 24 minutes into the game, Fabien Canu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Fabien Canu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. 26 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabien Canu. A collision led to Lunar Park getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ramiro Nastasio hit a great ball. Costa Rica's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Fabien Canu 33 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 6-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabien Canu got free with Benito Sanz in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the game, Aaron Alcocer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lunar Park the free kick. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Aaron Alcocer got a free kick in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Fabien Canu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Ciron in the 43rd minute of the match. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Fabien Canu sent off a good shot on target. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Lunar Park's Fabien Canu. But to his dismay, Fabien Canu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.

Hugo Ferrant charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Ferrant the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hugo Ferrant hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Fabien Canu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabien Canu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabien Canu in the 57th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Fabien Canu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabien Canu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Lunar Park's Fabien Canu. But to his dismay, Fabien Canu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. In the 71stth minute of the game Fabien Canu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabien Canu in the 75th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Lunar Park's Antoni Szymanowski got a free kick in the 78th minute. Cedric Van Langhendoncx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Alan Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Fabien Canu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Fabien Canu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lunar Park's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabien Canu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabien Canu's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Fabien Canu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lunar Park fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. Fabien Canu struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lunar Park. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lunar Park fully deserved thier win.
