In the 3rd minute, Aaron Barrios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamil Baycan in the 4th minute of play. Dylan Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Carlos Fernando Fantini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Thierry Henry sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Fernando Fantini's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Marcos Cotilla skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Fernando Fantini in the 13th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Kamil Baycan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Cotilla. Kamil Baycan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. BraveHeart Warriors's Carlos Fernando Fantini got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Panama fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! Thierry Henry walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Marcos Cotilla was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carlos Fernando Fantini showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 34 minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamil Baycan in the 37th minute of the match. Carlos Fernando Fantini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Diguinho Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Thierry Henry sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abraham Alguacil to maneuver through the defense.

After having played for 55 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Sarmiento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kong Cheng Sha's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kong Cheng Sha helped the player get up and apologised. Kong Cheng Sha kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, BraveHeart Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Diguinho Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panama were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after BraveHeart Warriors's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abraham Alguacil took the corner. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by BraveHeart Warriors's Kamil Baycan. But to his dismay, Kamil Baycan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Fernando Fantini in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wei Fan Li in the 72nd minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Paraíba in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Carlos Fernando Fantini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Fernando Fantini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 80 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Fernando Fantini came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Diguinho Oliveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. 92 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Paraíba came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Tomas Berganza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diguinho Oliveira was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. 95 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Kamil Baycan came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute Kamil Baycan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panama's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
