After having played for 3 minutes, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Jem Jajecznica kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. If Guaberto Inautzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jem Jajecznica in the 17th minute of play. Genaro Ederono hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Marcelo Gagriel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelo Gagriel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 23rd minute of the match. Marcelo Gagriel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Montenegro went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Marcelo Gagriel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 35th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Franco Jurado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Gagriel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 86 minutes, Abram Secada made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Marcelo Gagriel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Abram Secada's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcelo Gagriel firmly grabbed it by the left post. Abram Secada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Marcelo Gagriel made a huge save. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
