Dieguito Maradona got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 6-0 in the right cross in the 31st match minute before Jonathan Ferrant had time to react. Miguel Ángel Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel Ángel Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 36th minute of the match. After 37 minutes LA LUZ F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. If Dieguito Maradona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. LA LUZ F.C.'s Teo Venceslas got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. LA LUZ F.C.'s Miguel Ángel Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 44th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dieguito Maradona in the 45th minute of play. Teo Venceslas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save.

LA LUZ F.C.'s Atilla Açıkalın was substituted for Dieguito Maradona. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes in the game Danilo Gonza did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Dawid Rojek. Dawid Rojek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. LA LUZ F.C.'s Loukas Botinos was substituted for Felipe Haitz. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Atilla Açıkalın left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LA LUZ F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball.
