Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Tomas Berganza made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mike Axisa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 4th minute, Gábor Illés left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sliema Dragons FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Kim Bolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kim Bolas in the 7th minute. Baran Erozan kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Kim Bolas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Cotilla having to make a save. Kim Bolas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. In the 18th minute, Sliema Dragons FC's Kim Bolas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The throw-in from 周斐俊 in the 30th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Panama's Miguel Miralles. In the 39th match minute, Sliema Dragons FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovanni Demicoli to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Panama's Abraham Alguacil in action when he in the 40th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Sliema Dragons FC's attentive Giovanni Demicoli managed to snatch the ball when Jose Carita made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Kim Bolas put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kim Bolas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kim Bolas in the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Bolas came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kim Bolas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Sliema Dragons FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Baran Erozan hit a great ball. After 61 played minutes Sliema Dragons FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Duca. After having played for 61 minutes, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Alguacil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baran Erozan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Kim Bolas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sliema Dragons FC's Mike Axisa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Bolas in the 71st minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sliema Dragons FC made a substitution. Dejan Cassar replaced Kim Bolas. 80 minutes into the match, Dejan Cassar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dejan Cassar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. If Dejan Cassar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dejan Cassar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd match minute, Sliema Dragons FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gábor Illés to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the game, Matthew Garrido threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sliema Dragons FC's Leszek Cupial quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience was convinced that Dejan Cassar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Cotilla was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. In the 97th minute, Sliema Dragons FC's Leszek Cupial seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Leszek Cupial the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sliema Dragons FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Leszek Cupial had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. For all the effort they put into the match, the Panama players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sliema Dragons FC.
