Alvar Arvidsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jürgen Trittin in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute of the game Kurt Lövgren made a throw-in which John Bratt played forward. Colombia's Axel Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 20 minutes into the game, Axel Montenegro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Alvar Arvidsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24th match minute, Kattvik kings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mala Cara to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alvar Arvidsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abram Sarmiento's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Colombia to win.
