Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) Gebrüdersdorfer SV's Rodrigo-Nicolas von der Putten started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Gebrüdersdorfer SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Txanton to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Gebrüdersdorfer SV's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dênis Hoffmann came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 13 played minutes Gebrüdersdorfer SV got a freekick which was hit by Dejan Attard. The audience was convinced that Lionel Mesías's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After 19 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dejan Attard who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Dejan Attard almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa did a great save. After some careless play in the Gebrüdersdorfer SV defense, Joel Gaona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dênis Hoffmann. The Gebrüdersdorfer SV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dênis Hoffmann should have stopped the shot. Dênis Hoffmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dênis Hoffmann quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leandro Txanton hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The Gebrüdersdorfer SV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 0-1.

Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lionel Mesías in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Leandro Txanton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
