FC Fura Balizas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, FC Fura Balizas's goal looked a bit too open when Rohan Watson came free, but Long Gang Sen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Jan Dixon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Long Gang Sen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olívio Ribas got free with Jax Williamson in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute, Koby Wright left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After some careless play in the FC Fura Balizas defense, Koby Wright kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Long Gang Sen. The FC Fura Balizas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Long Gang Sen should have stopped the shot. Long Gang Sen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carter George in the 46th minute of play forced FC Fura Balizas's goalkeeper Long Gang Sen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gusmão Benevides hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The FC Fura Balizas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Canada were winning 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Koby Wright stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Long Gang Sen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luka Harris in the 51st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Canada's zone, Fabrício Lopes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jax Williamson came out of the goal and Fabrício Lopes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the match, FC Fura Balizas's goalkeeper Long Gang Sen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luka Harris. With a little luck, FC Fura Balizas's Long Gang Sen got control of the ball when Rohan Watson tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Fabrício Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute Rohan Watson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Long Gang Sen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luka Harris got free with Long Gang Sen in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jax Williamson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olívio Ribas, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Edwards in the 70th minute of play forced FC Fura Balizas's goalkeeper Long Gang Sen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Long Gang Sen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Edwards, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Canada made a substitution. Canada were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after FC Fura Balizas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jan Dixon took the corner. Canada played a much better game than FC Fura Balizas and deserved their victory. The FC Fura Balizas players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
