Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. Charles Björkqvist came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Here Comes the Hammer's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Charles Björkqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charles Björkqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lautaro Mancebo's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Charles Björkqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 17th minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charles Björkqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Here Comes the Hammer's Charles Björkqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 21st minute of play. Alberto Tafalla succeeded in the game's 21st minute to get real power on a long shot . Here Comes the Hammer's Charles Björkqvist hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-4! If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Here Comes the Hammer booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Mancebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charles Björkqvist came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Luca Zorita. But to his dismay, Luca Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The supporters of Mexico booed when Here Comes the Hammer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmund Hansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charles Björkqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and John Eriksson made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charles Björkqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 61 minutes into the game, Here Comes the Hammer's Valdir Velloso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Charles Björkqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Mexico's Facundo Cadaval was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Charles Björkqvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Here Comes the Hammer's Charles Björkqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Here Comes the Hammer from getting a goal against them. Here Comes the Hammer's Carlinhos Félix was substituted for Valdir Velloso. Here Comes the Hammer's Gustav Larsfelt was substituted for Lei Lei Feng. 78 minutes into the game, Leonardo Leoz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Here Comes the Hammer's Tord Spetz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlinhos Félix went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. Charles Björkqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charles Björkqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 87th minute. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Charles Björkqvist firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 89th minute. The corner led Mexico's Luca Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Charles Björkqvist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Here Comes the Hammer's Charles Björkqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Here Comes the Hammer from getting a goal against them. Charles Björkqvist made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Mexico played a much better game than Here Comes the Hammer and deserved their victory. The Here Comes the Hammer players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
