Tom Colling didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Witold Lepucki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the game, Witold Lepucki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio Vera. Witold Lepucki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Fågelmara IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars-Erik Esbjörnsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd match minute, Fågelmara IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars-Erik Esbjörnsson to maneuver through the defense. Tom Colling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute of the match. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Colling having to interfere. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Tom Colling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 minutes Fågelmara IK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Luis Andino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tom Colling quite easily take care of the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Fågelmara IK's Witold Lepucki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Tom Colling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Fågelmara IK's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Gisbert came free, but Tom Colling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tom Colling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Fågelmara IK's Jesper Forsberg got a free kick in the 59th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Colling having to interfere. Tom Colling made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Witold Lepucki came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 played minutes Fågelmara IK got a freekick which was hit by Fabinho Coutinho. After having played for 71 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Fågelmara IK defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tom Colling. The Fågelmara IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tom Colling should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Fågelmara IK getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Kazimír Kuthan hit a great ball. In the 85th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Fågelmara IK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tom Colling quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Kaspar Veetõusme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Fågelmara IK had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
