An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Baldaia in the 16th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 42 minutes into the match, ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨'s goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Dagoberto Zonta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. When Paulo Baldaia came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Baldaia couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. Sven Giöck took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨ made a substitution. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Bentkowski in the 77th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Iwo Bentkowski sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Paulo Baldaia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨'s Chi-Chi Chi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alex Chicote, made in the 93rd minute of the game. 95 minutes into the match, Iwo Bentkowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iwo Bentkowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ②Θ►LΘCΘ◄Θ⑨ had played much better football throughout.
