Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Axel Tasis made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Karapinar booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Noboa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Okan Golovichev might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Okan Golovichev ran back to his position shaking his head. 8 minutes into the game, one of Costa Rica:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Okan Golovichev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Okan Golovichev tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Karapinar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Okan Golovichev to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the game, Okan Golovichev recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Okan Golovichev showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Okan Golovichev showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 33 minute of play. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Okan Golovichev went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Sertel Ankara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Okan Golovichev to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Okan Golovichev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karapinar's supporters rose to their feet, but Okan Golovichev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Okan Golovichev took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Karapinar fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Karapinar's Okan Golovichev looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Okan Golovichev scored 7-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 69 minutes into the game, Karapinar's Okan Golovichev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Hugo Ferrant made in the 72nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Lautaro Puig however managed to control. After 73 minutes, Camilo Palos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karapinar and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. Camilo Palos kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 77 minutes into the game, Abel Carballo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karapinar the free kick. After 78 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. In the 79th minute, Okan Golovichev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karapinar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Hugo Ferrant hit a great ball. In the 87th minute, Okan Golovichev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Okan Golovichev came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Karapinar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Okan Golovichev couldn't finish the play. Hugo Ferrant's late challenge caught a Karapinar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Ferrant helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Hugo Ferrant hit a great ball. Okan Golovichev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Karapinar had played much better football throughout.
