Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Roope Pärssinen made the kick off which started today's match. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Pladask's Karsten Ludvigsen. But to his dismay, Karsten Ludvigsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alf Eik, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 7 minutes into the game, Alf Eik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Tasis to maneuver through the defense. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roope Pärssinen in the 17th minute of play. James Feldthaus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. In the 22ndth minute of the game Roope Pärssinen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When James Feldthaus came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the FC Pladask fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that James Feldthaus couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, FC Pladask's Roope Pärssinen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. 28 minutes into the match, FC Pladask's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Daniel Grønningsæter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karsten Ludvigsen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Karsten Ludvigsen scored 4-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aaron Alcocer hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Daniel Grønningsæter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Costa Rica's Efrain Moruga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Daniel Grønningsæter in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Risnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Roope Pärssinen scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Tasis to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, James Feldthaus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 59th minute, James Feldthaus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karsten Ludvigsen in the 64th minute of the match. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Feldthaus in the 66th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Roope Pärssinen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roope Pärssinen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 77th minute James Feldthaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Tasis got free with Daniel Grønningsæter in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roope Pärssinen in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Juan Rubio hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the game, FC Pladask's James Feldthaus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Daniel Grønningsæter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 88th minute of play. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 10-0 when James Feldthaus sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. In the 92nd minute James Feldthaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Pladask's James Feldthaus. But to his dismay, James Feldthaus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0.
