The audience thought a goal was coming when 周兴榕 got free with Bruno Barrett in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute 曾卫博 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, 周兴榕 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 娃哈哈代表队's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curacao the free kick. 蒋斌锋 did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Bruno Barrett 16 minutes into the match. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 曾卫博, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute, 娃哈哈代表队's 史振俊 ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. The 娃哈哈代表队 fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when 娃哈哈代表队's 蒋斌锋 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kyle Davies stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, 叶彬义 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 韩宽锋 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Barrett having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 蒋斌锋 in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by 娃哈哈代表队's 蒋斌锋. But to his dismay, 蒋斌锋 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 蒋斌锋, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of Curacao:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of 娃哈哈代表队:s goal. In the 71st minute there was a penalty for 娃哈哈代表队. 韩宽锋 stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bruno Barrett. 7-0. In the 75th minute, 曾卫博 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. In the 81stth minute of the game 曾卫博 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Curacao's Bruno Barrett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by 曾卫博 in the 83rd minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 叶彬义 in the 85th minute of play. Bruno Barrett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to 娃哈哈代表队 getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. 史振俊 hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when 曾卫博 came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 娃哈哈代表队 were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Curacao's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 韩宽锋 took the corner. Charles Cox tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Bruno Barrett. An unnecessary self made goal, 10-0 in the 98th minute.
