Valette Stars's Adrien Tanneau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Casaus in the 16th minute of play. When Rafail Rusev came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Valette Stars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafail Rusev couldn't finish the play. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafail Rusev, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Adrien Tanneau came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Rafail Rusev struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Thiago Pliego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valette Stars. In the 30th minute, Felix Garrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valette Stars were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Maurice Crochard took the corner. Valette Stars's Adrien Tanneau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Casaus in the 37th minute of play. Adrien Tanneau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 38th minute of play. Adrien Tanneau didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to Valette Stars getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Fabian Walme hit a great ball.

If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adrien Tanneau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Felix Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valette Stars made a substitution. Dan Pruvot replaced Pierre-Antoine Landemaine. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Adrien Tanneau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 85th minute.
