Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) AC Batán's Acácio Nogueira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Acácio Nogueira scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Konrad Wielkopolski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Acácio Nogueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Acácio Nogueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 11 minutes into the game, AC Batán's Acácio Nogueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Acácio Nogueira in the 15th minute of play. The corner led AC Batán's Lautaro Martinez to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ni Le Zheng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Acácio Nogueira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute of the match AC Batán got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gong Feng ran over to the corner to take the kick. AC Batán were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gong Feng took the corner. In the 37th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ni Le Zheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC Batán's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Acácio Nogueira in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, AC Batán's Acácio Nogueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute AC Batán were awarded a corner. Gong Feng went to the cornerflag to take it. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Acácio Nogueira in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Ni Le Zheng. A collision led to AC Batán getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Konrad Wielkopolski hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Felix Montenegro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. AC Batán made a substitution. Cristoforo Di Ruscio replaced José Carlos da Silveira. Angelo Orlondon kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Ni Le Zheng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ni Le Zheng quite easily take care of the ball. Cristian Sanchos short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Ni Le Zheng to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of AC Batán booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Ni Le Zheng when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
