The Rega Merida CF fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Rega Merida CF's Nistor Sârban looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Gines in the 18th minute of play forced Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Konstanty Wawro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rega Merida CF's Telis Lianos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ksawery Tyszka in the 22 minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Jude Crocker successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 30th minute Creekers were awarded a corner. Saverio Vistruario went to the cornerflag to take it. Konstanty Wawro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Gines, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Creekers were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Rega Merida CF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Saverio Vistruario took the corner. Creekers's Saverio Vistruario was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Konstanty Wawro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Ladislao Gines came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Creekers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Gines couldn't finish the play. Ladislao Gines scored 1-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Konstanty Wawro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nistor Sârban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jude Crocker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Nistor Sârban had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jude Crocker. Creekers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nistor Sârban was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ladislao Gines to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Saverio Vistruario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Creekers's supporters rose to their feet, but Saverio Vistruario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Konstanty Wawro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cemal Palabıyık sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute, Ladislao Gines reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Konstanty Wawro. The goal made the score 2-2. Konstanty Wawro made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Saverio Vistruario sent off a good shot on target. In the 64th minute Constantin Arnăuțescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jude Crocker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Constantin Arnăuțescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rega Merida CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. The supporters of Creekers booed when Rega Merida CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nistor Sârban didn't get a good kick on the ball. Konstanty Wawro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Vistruario in the 73rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Konrad Knopek in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jude Crocker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rega Merida CF's Konstanty Wawro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Vistruario in the 75th minute of play. Jude Crocker came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Rega Merida CF's Konrad Knopek. But to his dismay, Konrad Knopek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Jude Crocker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Knopek, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Konstanty Wawro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Riley Trotter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the match, Creekers's goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Arnăuțescu came free, but Jude Crocker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Rega Merida CF's Konstanty Wawro got control of the ball when Riley Trotter tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Saverio Vistruario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Riley Trotters short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Konstanty Wawro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saverio Vistruario got free with Konstanty Wawro in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rega Merida CF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Creekers had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
