Tamer Yalçıner scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Tamer Yalçıner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tomás Gaizko took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Tomás Gaizko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Cotilla having to make a save. With an all-out effort, Correla q va en Chancleta's Marcos Cotilla threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomás Gaizko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 29 minutes into the match, Tomás Gaizko notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 35 minutes into the game, Tomás Gaizko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juan Cristóbal Jadue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Correla q va en Chancleta getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Doctor Sócrates hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Panama booed when Correla q va en Chancleta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amador Iturri didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Tomás Gaizko put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marcos Cotilla. If Tomás Gaizko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 59th minute, Miguel Miralles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the game, Correla q va en Chancleta's Tomás Gaizko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Correla q va en Chancleta made a substitution. Federico Brambilla replaced Juan Cristóbal Jadue. Correla q va en Chancleta's Harry Pötters was substituted for Tamer Yalçıner. Aaron Barrios kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Correla q va en Chancleta's goalkeeper Saad Man had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abraham Alguacil. In the 72nd minute, Robbrecht Colebinders left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Correla q va en Chancleta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Saad Man took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute Panama were awarded a corner. Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Abraham Alguacil got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Saad Man quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Correla q va en Chancleta's Robbrecht Colebinders. But to his dismay, Robbrecht Colebinders quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. After 83 minutes, Robbrecht Colebinders mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Correla q va en Chancleta and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. Panama's Alberto Sainz was substituted for Felipe Ros. The supporters of Panama booed when Correla q va en Chancleta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robbrecht Colebinders didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robbrecht Colebinders took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Correla q va en Chancleta had played much better football throughout.
