An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute of play forced Black Express's goalkeeper Igor Bojanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafal Domaradzki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafal Domaradzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Mieszko Olejniczak made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Black Express's goalkeeper Igor Bojanowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 54th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Black Express's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. 60 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Boguslaw Witkowski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Black Express getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Rafal Domaradzki hit a great ball. When Felix Montes fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Felix Montes a yellow card for diving instead. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Mieszko Olejniczak took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Agustín Saelices kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Mieszko Olejniczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Boguslaw Witkowski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Black Express's Igor Bojanowski got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line.
