Lucjan Bejger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl-Åke Brummer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Lanzenkirchen's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lucjan Bejger received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Lucjan Bejger slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Bejger in the 24th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Roque Claus sent off a good shot on target. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Bejger in the 31st minute of play. The throw-in from Roland Freytag in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas. 39 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucjan Bejger. Karl-Åke Brummer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 40th minute of the match. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Lanzenkirchen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucjan Bejger was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Roque Claus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lanzenkirchen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roque Claus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 53rd minute Roque Claus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roque Claus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Lucjan Bejger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After 60 minutes, Jose Correa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Lanzenkirchen players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Claus in the 67th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Karl-Åke Brummer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Lucjan Bejger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Lanzenkirchen's Roque Claus. But to his dismay, Roque Claus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Guillermo Mariano's late challenge caught a Lanzenkirchen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillermo Mariano helped the player get up and apologised. After 81 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. 86 minutes into the game, Roque Claus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Claus in the 89th minute of the match. Roque Claus struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lanzenkirchen. There was no doubt that Lanzenkirchen were the better team. Lanzenkirchen's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
