Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Alguacil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aaron Barrios fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panama's protests and gave Aaron Barrios a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Barrios. In the 22ndth minute of the game John Vallman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Waclaw Zawacki fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talent Factory F.C.'s protests and gave Waclaw Zawacki a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Panama booed when Talent Factory F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waclaw Zawacki didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Talent Factory F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Bengt-Arne Brummer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Forsberg in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Waclaw Zawacki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emil Forsberg made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Forsberg in the 53rd minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Neron in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bengt-Arne Brummer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 60 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Neron came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Waclaw Zawacki hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Abraham Alguacil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bengt-Arne Brummer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 92 minutes into the match, Emil Forsberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emil Forsberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Talent Factory F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
