After a rather tough play, Panama's Miguel Miralles got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 37 minutes into the match, Abraham Alguacil notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Angelo Bertoni. Angelo Bertoni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Angelo Bertoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Angelo Bertoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 44th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Xu Zhen Ping sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xu Zhen Ping in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Xu Zhen Ping shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Abraham Alguacil could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Angelo Bertoni however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Davide Di Tommaso hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Davide Di Tommaso came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tomas Berganza 80 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-5. Davide Di Tommaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
