But to his dismay, Gustaw Nienajadlo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Vettori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 played minutes Angelo Vettori rounded El Salvador's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 6-0. In the 47th minute, Angelo Ferraris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelo Vettori made a kick off. When Jesus Carvallo fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Salvador's protests and gave Jesus Carvallo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Jesus Carvallo hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Angelo Vettori had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angelo Vettori was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 57th minute, Attilio Mazzone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 59 minutes, Abram Luque mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Salvador and the Cesate players grew even worse after the yellow card. Moises Fernandino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Radowit Ptaszek made a huge save. 69 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Kay Stormlund came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Attilio Mazzone went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. Valentino Ferrant's late challenge caught a Cesate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentino Ferrant helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Valentino Ferrant got a free kick in the 87th minute. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kay Stormlund in the 95th minute of the match.
