In the 6th match minute, NCA Defensor Mercenario was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Txartiko Llerena to maneuver through the defense. After 31 played minutes NCA Defensor Mercenario got a freekick which was hit by James Cagigal. After 33 played minutes, El Salvador's Mateo Leguizamo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ofelio Bermejo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in El Salvador reached it. Guido Dameda had several of the El Salvador's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 36 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Ricardo Zorita as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Todor Hostar, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when Guido Dameda tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th play minute Guido Dameda came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ricardo Zorita. 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Todor Hostar made a kick off. After 54 minutes, Todor Hostar made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Todor Hostar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Jesus Carvallo got a free kick in the 58th minute. If Guido Dameda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When NCA Defensor Mercenario's Todor Hostar in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Salvador's goalie prevented a goal. In the 64th minute, Rik Caldueño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NCA Defensor Mercenario fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 67th match minute, NCA Defensor Mercenario was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Larrimbe to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, NCA Defensor Mercenario's Alberto Larrimbe got a free kick in the 69th minute. Marco Tamayo scored 6-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ofelio Bermejo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Alberto Larrimbe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Larrimbe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. After 83rd play minutes Dalimil Mrkva shot 9-1, a short shot which went by Ricardo Zorita and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 86th minute, Jesus Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Larrimbe in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute Criston Mostaza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Txartiko Llerena made in the 92nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Alberto Larrimbe however managed to control. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by NCA Defensor Mercenario's Dalimil Mrkva. But to his dismay, Dalimil Mrkva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-1.
