Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bruno Barrett, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 肖鸿亦 succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 13th playminute. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 肖鸿亦, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when 肖鸿亦 got free with Bruno Barrett in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. During the 19th minute of the match Rocco Owen completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rocco Owen a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 20th minute, Rocco Owen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 21 in the game by 肖鸿亦 from a close distance when the talented Bruno Barrett managed to make a qualified save. Curacao's players were relieved. After having played for 23 minutes, 贺广昆 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 湖南怀化鬼火's supporters crossed their fingers, but 贺广昆 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, 贺广昆 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and 贺广昆 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 曲明政 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stanley Wallace made a kick off. In the 52nd minute 肖鸿亦 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 曲明政 took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 曲明政 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 60th minute 曲明政 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 秦适景 charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 肖鸿亦's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 71st match minute, 湖南怀化鬼火 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 蔡鸿延 to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that 曲明政's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Barrett was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. The 湖南怀化鬼火 fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when 湖南怀化鬼火's 肖鸿亦 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by 湖南怀化鬼火's 肖鸿亦. But to his dismay, 肖鸿亦 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, 卓宁诚 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 湖南怀化鬼火's supporters rose to their feet, but 卓宁诚 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 贺广昆 in the 94th minute of play. There was no doubt that 湖南怀化鬼火 were the better team. 湖南怀化鬼火's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
