Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leonardo Leoz kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 67th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Luque to maneuver through the defense. Glasgow Rangers FC's Carlo Attili was substituted for Armando Natalucci. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Dave Clemente made a huge save. Ettore Placidi struck a weak shot in the 77th minute.
