Mihăiţă Ilarie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Gustavo Guimarães made a huge save. 7 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Águila's goalkeeper Gustavo Guimarães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihăiţă Ilarie. In the 8th minute of the match, Nicodim Orășan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gustavo Guimarães saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Deportivo Águila's goalkeeper Gustavo Guimarães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tiberiu Caramarin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Águila's Herminio Florinio got a free kick in the 20th minute. Tiberiu Caramarin might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustavo Guimarães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiberiu Caramarin ran back to his position shaking his head. Tiberiu Caramarin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Guimarães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiberiu Caramarin got free with Gustavo Guimarães in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the game, Tiberiu Caramarin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gustavo Guimarães. Tiberiu Caramarin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 36th minute, Saul Alas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th match minute, Club Deportivo Águila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Velis to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute of the match, Dorin Banu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gustavo Guimarães was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Club Deportivo Águila's Gustavo Guimarães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Deportivo Águila from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiberiu Caramarin to make the kick off. Gustavo Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 57th minute of play. In the 70th minute Tiberiu Caramarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Águila's goal looked a bit too open when Dinu Grigoroiu came free, but Gustavo Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Águila's goal looked a bit too open when Dorin Banu came free, but Gustavo Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Calistrat Madgearu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Florinio, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. But to his dismay, Tiberiu Caramarin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 84 played minutes Shame! got a freekick which was hit by Nicodim Orășan. Club Deportivo Águila's Gustavo Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 87th minute of play. Dong Hui Yue charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dong Hui Yue the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Shame! booed when Club Deportivo Águila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dong Hui Yue didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Deportivo Águila's Gustavo Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 89th minute of play. Gustavo Guimarães came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Shame!'s Tiberiu Caramarin. But to his dismay, Tiberiu Caramarin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Shame! fans cheered their team off the field, for while Club Deportivo Águila had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
