Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Korhan Türkol took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Venezuela booed when ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venezuela's Jose Correa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eliseo Furman in the 15 minute of the game. Korhan Türkol scored 2-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korhan Türkol in the 21st minute of play. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Korhan Türkol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vágner Loyola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Korhan Türkol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Guillermo Mariano made in the 27th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Tomas Illescas. Korhan Türkol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! Jonathan Ferrant had in the 34thth minute some difficulties stopping Korhan Türkol's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 39th minute, Korhan Türkol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them.
