Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedrinho Falconetti went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Eulalio Oinaz got a throw-in 19 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Marcos Inguma. In the 25th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shao Shu Lang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ni Bin Zhen kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 28th minute of play forced Encarale a la gordita's goalkeeper Shao Shu Lang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 武光星s short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 30 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 武光星 in the 31st minute of play. 武光星's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Miromir Pieknik was slow to take the kick. During this time Encarale a la gordita's players had a chance to rest. Miromir Pieknik made a great header on Encarale a la gordita's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience was convinced that 武光星's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Pedrinho Falconetti slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 45th minute. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 48th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 58th minute. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Encarale a la gordita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Oinaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shao Shu Lang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 武光星 in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, 武光星 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Encarale a la gordita's Albino Onofre was substituted for Ildefonso Bernabel. If Jonatan Rumaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 79th minute, Jonatan Rumaldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Pedrinho Falconetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, Encarale a la gordita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Oinaz to maneuver through the defense. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonatan Rumaldo in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. There was no doubt that Encarale a la gordita were the better team. Encarale a la gordita's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
