The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guillermo Mariano's late challenge caught a Onyx's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillermo Mariano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, Maksymilian Topolski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Domarecki having to interfere. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Onyx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emrys Hannah didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Wojciech Barycz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Onyx's supporters rose to their feet, but Wojciech Barycz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 25 minutes, Patricio Costa made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute, Jurand Jaraczeski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Onyx's Emrys Hannah got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd match minute, Onyx was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugeniusz Bugajski to maneuver through the defense. After 33 played minutes, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zdzislaw Domarecki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Venezuela reached it. The Onyx players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Venezuela were winning 0-1.

Onyx's Piotr Zahemski was substituted for Wojciech Barycz. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Domarecki having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Onyx's Jurand Jaraczeski shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 66th match minute, Onyx was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maksymilian Topolski to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the game, Şahap Cezar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Onyx's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Piotr Zahemski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jurand Jaraczeski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Venegas charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonathan Venegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Jurand Jaraczeski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Jurand Jaraczeski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurand Jaraczeski in the 86th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Venezuela's goalie and right to Maksymilian Topolski. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Venezuela's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 90th minute Emrys Hannah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Zdzislaw Domarecki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. An unexpectedly hard shot by Piotr Zahemski in the 98th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Jaraczeski in the 101st minute of the match. Onyx's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
