Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hubert Verheijden went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pastor Pio in the 14th minute. After taking down the ball on ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's corner Pastor Pio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. 16 minutes into the game, ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's Hubert Verheijden nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Hubert Verheijden kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 26th minute of play forced ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's goalkeeper Navarro Montoya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Navarro Montoya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Primitivo Andino's late challenge caught a ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Primitivo Andino helped the player get up and apologised. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Hubert Verheijden kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 4-0 in the 39 minute of play. Hubert Verheijden could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pavel Turoň was the one to do the kick off. Primitivo Andino made in the 51st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Felix Montes. Yvan Loos kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Navarro Montoya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Navarro Montoya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Navarro Montoya in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 60 played minutes ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21 got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Serapio. Hubert Verheijden scored 5-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute Hubert Verheijden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Primitivo Andino threw the ball into play from the sideline. ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's Yvan Loos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Hubert Verheijden put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Navarro Montoya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21 getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Honorato Truylos hit a great ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21 could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
