After 6 minutes of play, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ali Baran Coşkuner was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 9th minute, Moises Fernandino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ali Baran Coşkuner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Luque in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Samir Hazer made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 19 minutes into the match, Samir Hazer notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in İZZEDDİN EL KASSAM TUGAYI's zone, Mateo Leguizamo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Baran Coşkuner came out of the goal and Mateo Leguizamo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the match, Moises Fernandino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Baran Coşkuner. İZZEDDİN EL KASSAM TUGAYI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moises Fernandino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 36 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Recai Hunalp. Ali Baran Coşkuner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Fernandino in the 39th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ersan Kaptan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ricardo Zorita. That made the score 3-2 in the 46 minute of play.

The wind increased when Moises Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. Moises Fernandino's late challenge caught a İZZEDDİN EL KASSAM TUGAYI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moises Fernandino helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 59th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Yepes to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Ersan Kaptan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ali Baran Coşkuner made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Moises Fernandino sent off a good shot on target. 69 minutes into the match, İZZEDDİN EL KASSAM TUGAYI's goalkeeper Ali Baran Coşkuner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Fernandino. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Recai Hunalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moises Fernandino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Ali Baran Coşkuner skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Ersan Kaptan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, İZZEDDİN EL KASSAM TUGAYI's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Luque came free, but Ali Baran Coşkuner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Joshua Curbelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute Samir Hazer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, Ersan Kaptan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. El Salvador's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
