Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Πυργετός Fc's Anthimos Kousouridis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ilias Gouziotis kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Eliseo Noboa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Noboa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zisis Vourlis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alan Moruga's late challenge caught a Πυργετός Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Moruga helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Alan Moruga hit a great ball. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Πυργετός Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miltos Kousourakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Axel Tasis during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Tasis to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthimos Kousouridis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthimos Kousouridis, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 24 minutes into the game, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zisis Vourlis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Puig in the 26th minute of play forced Πυργετός Fc's goalkeeper Zisis Vourlis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Lautaro Puig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zisis Vourlis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 29th minute Eliseo Noboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zisis Vourlis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthimos Kousouridis in the 31st minute of the match. After 32 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. Πυργετός Fc's Stefanos Provatas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Costa Rica. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Anthimos Kousouridis sent off a good shot on target. 38 minutes into the game, Anthimos Kousouridis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Anthimos Kousouridis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Zisis Vourlis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Πυργετός Fc players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Costa Rica were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Axel Tasis made the kick off in the second half. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthimos Kousouridis in the 55th minute of play. Anthimos Kousouridis took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anthimos Kousouridis in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Axel Tasis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Πυργετός Fc's Thodoris Koutsos in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Thodoris Koutsos put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. When Πυργετός Fc's Anthimos Kousouridis in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. Thodoris Koutsos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Thodoris Koutsos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Πυργετός Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thodoris Koutsos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Efrain Moruga got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 95th minute, Thodoris Koutsos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2.
