Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bob Cazeneuve was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. MLM's Bob Cazeneuve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 9th minute of play. Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 10th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oliverio Lopez de Toro during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Honduras booed when MLM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliverio Lopez de Toro didn't get a good kick on the ball. MLM made a substitution. Anartz Tobia replaced Patxi Climent. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 18th minute of play forced MLM's goalkeeper Bob Cazeneuve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliverio Lopez de Toro kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. MLM's Candido Valerón was substituted for Sinforiano Dobale. Oliverio Lopez de Toro hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Edmundo Espiga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bob Cazeneuve. MLM's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Honduras's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Henrik Tidén scored to the left of an out of position Lautaro Navarro, making the score, 1-1. A sloppy throw-in by Anartz Tobia in the 29th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Bob Cazeneuve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Henrik Tidén had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrik Tidén was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Bob Cazeneuve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Milagros Cabal hit a great ball. Lautaro Navarro was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Henrik Tidén. In the 41st minute of the match Cristos Huarte sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro skillfully saved the ball. MLM's Almir Carioca suffered a concussion in the 43rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Ivan Navarro charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivan Navarro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. MLM made a substitution. Sagrario Ortega replaced Almir Carioca. In the 44th minute, Ivan Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Ivan Navarro got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Tomás Quadros made the kick off in the second half. If Sagrario Ortega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 minutes, Tomás Quadros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MLM and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th match minute, MLM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Quadros to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Villas short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Bob Cazeneuve to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 64th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bob Cazeneuve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sagrario Ortega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bob Cazeneuve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Espinar in the 71st minute of play. Milagros Cabal was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Oliverio Lopez de Toro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Quadros came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Quadros's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Sebastian Villa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Bob Cazeneuve made a huge save. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Quadros in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Honduras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Henrik Tidén was slow to take the kick. During this time MLM's players had a chance to rest. The corner led MLM's Anartz Tobia to fire away a dangerous shot which Lautaro Navarro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. MLM were victorious despite being under pressure from Honduras for much of the match.
