After some careless play in the Jurki Wrocław defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marc-Stephan Paulovskis. The Jurki Wrocław fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marc-Stephan Paulovskis should have stopped the shot. Jurki Wrocław's Marc-Stephan Paulovskis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 19th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Brudnicki in the 22nd minute of play. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Joel Gaona ran back to his position shaking his head. Marc-Stephan Paulovskis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 28th minute of the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marc-Stephan Paulovskis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 32nd minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marek Marczyniec in the 35th minute of play. With his leg Dante Lacasa managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Jurki Wrocław's Marek Marczyniec fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Olgierd Patora was slow to take the kick. During this time Jurki Wrocław's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Ruben Sheehan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dante Lacasa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Marc-Stephan Paulovskis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Mancebo went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Marc-Stephan Paulovskis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 45th minute of play forced Jurki Wrocław's goalkeeper Marc-Stephan Paulovskis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izydor Kochowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lukasz Papies to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Lukasz Papies made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After 65 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marc-Stephan Paulovskis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marc-Stephan Paulovskis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Izydor Kochowski hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marc-Stephan Paulovskis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 74th minute. After 79 minutes Jurki Wrocław's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mexico walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
