Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ignacio Pasqual kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Jenkot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaspar Loreto during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 10 minutes into the match, Bangla Desh Fobal Club's Ignacio Pasqual sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 10 minutes into the game, Patricio Costa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bangla Desh Fobal Club the free kick. In the 15th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Bangla Desh Fobal Club's Ciriaco Mateus got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zdzislaw Jenkot showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Zdzislaw Jenkot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 24th minute of play. Zdzislaw Jenkot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Bangla Desh Fobal Club's Ignacio Pasqual. But to his dismay, Ignacio Pasqual quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Bangla Desh Fobal Club's Vicente Ricart was substituted for Ignacio Pasqual. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Zdzislaw Jenkot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Bangla Desh Fobal Club's Zdzislaw Jenkot got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Ricart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 played minutes Bangla Desh Fobal Club got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Loreto. 68 minutes into the match, Bangla Desh Fobal Club's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Zdzislaw Jenkot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Ricart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Ricart in the 71st minute of the match. If Vicente Ricart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Bangla Desh Fobal Club's Ciriaco Mateus got a free kick in the 77th minute. Vicente Ricart blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. In the 82nd minute Tomas Illescas managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Vicente Ricart blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Bangla Desh Fobal Club's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zdzislaw Jenkot came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Ricart in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Vicente Ricart made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Ricart in the 97th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bangla Desh Fobal Club had won after a very even match.
