Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Sebald Gentiletti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edvin Hilde who took care of the corner kick. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th match minute, Suleskard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristian Neteland to maneuver through the defense. Sebald Gentiletti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rocky Ryland in the 23rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebald Gentiletti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Suleskard's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Suleskard's goalie and right to Felix Montes. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Suleskard's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Andino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebald Gentiletti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebald Gentiletti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Suleskard players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Oftedal in the 51st minute of the match. Suleskard were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edvin Hilde took the corner. The corner led Suleskard's Edvin Hilde to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Oftedal in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Suleskard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Gjelsvik didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Juan Sebastián Puig the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ecuador protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Juan Sebastián Puig had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 71st minute Suleskard were awarded a corner. Edvin Hilde went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 71st minute, Kristian Neteland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristian Neteland stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Ecuador's defenders and the ball went out. Suleskard appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. 72 minutes into the match, Lars Oftedal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars Oftedal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. A collision led to Suleskard getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Edvin Hilde hit a great ball. Suleskard made a substitution. Fredrik Molland replaced Alf Nøttveit. After a rather tough play, Suleskard's Edvin Hilde got a free kick in the 77th minute. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Suleskard's Rocky Ryland. But to his dismay, Rocky Ryland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Oftedal, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. A nice corner shot did that Edvin Hilde got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rocky Ryland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Molland in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Suleskard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rocky Ryland didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Suleskard had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
