The ball went over the crossbar instead. 泾县Red-Star FC's 傅森岩 got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to 泾县Red-Star FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Boudewijn Decoster hit a great ball. 傅森岩 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but 傅森岩 slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 27th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 泾县Red-Star FC. In the 44th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Boudewijn Decoster made the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 傅森岩, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute of the match 泾县Red-Star FC got a corner. In the 66th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Rubio to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute of the match 齐扬朗 sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz skillfully saved the ball. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by 泾县Red-Star FC's 傅森岩. But to his dismay, 傅森岩 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Lautaro Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 李斐昂 having to interfere. 傅森岩 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Boudewijn Decoster came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Efrain Moruga hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 李斐昂 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Noboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, 傅森岩 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When 泾县Red-Star FC's Boudewijn Decoster in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. 泾县Red-Star FC had played much better football throughout.
